Requests for reservation can be made by mail, fax, e-mail, phone or personally at our office.

The following information has to be included in the reservation

• - Surname and name of the passengers.
• - Document or passport numbers of all passengers.
• - Identify passengers as grown ups or children.
• - Services requested (ideal: use codes).
• - Lodging in Salta.

The reservation has to be confirmed in writing by MoviTrack Safaris and paid in full before the service is given.

If only safaris are reserved:

Reservations:

To guarantee the reservation the fully payment (100%) has to be made at least 7  days before the safari starts. A deposit confirmation must be faxed to our office.

Cancelations charge:

• - Cancelation up to 3 days before the safari starts: no charge.
• - Cancelation up to 1 day before the safari starts: 50% of the total*
• -Cancelation on the day of the safari: 100% of the total*

If other receptive services (with or without Safaris) or private Safari services (charter) are reserved:

Reservations:
To guarantee the reservation 30% of the total costs has to be paid in advance and the rest according the terms we indicate on our confirmation (the service must be fully paid 7 days before it is required). A deposit confirmation must be faxed to our office.

Cancelation charges:

• - Cancelation up to 30 days before U$D20,- per person (admin. costs)
• - Cancelation from 14 to 08 days before 20% of the total
• - Cancelation from 7 to 4 days before 50% of the total
• - Cancelation from 3 days before to departure day 100% of the total
